Tucked away at Basement 1, the National Library Board’s Anchorpoint Sit-n-Read node offers a spot where you can take a moment to read and linger. And with Queenstown Library currently undergoing a refresh, there is also a Browse-n-Borrow Kiosk that continues to make reading remains accessible to the community.
Anchorpoint Sit-n-Read Node
The Anchorpoint Sit-n-Read node can be found at #B1-60 of the mall.

Here, visitors can browse and borrow books for all ages, collect reserved items, and flip through a selection of pre-loved magazines — all in one convenient location.
The Sit-n-Read Node has sofa seating along with magazines for both adults and children to encourage visitors to browse at their leisure. They can then have a seat and take a moment to read the casual reading materials.
Browse-n-Borrow Kiosk
Another of the features of the Anchorpoint library node is the Browse-n-Borrow Kiosk.
Patrons can browse and borrow from a curated selection of English and Mother Tongue titles for adults, teens, and children.
The collection is refreshed regularly to ensure there is always something new to discover.
Visitors may use their library card or NLB Mobile app to borrow books or collect reservations at the self-service kiosk.
The Sit-n-Read node at Anchorpoint is located at #B1-60, underneath the escalators. It is located closer towards the end of the mall where the McDonald’s can be found on Level 1.
