Now, you can end off your meal at Din Tai Fung with all-new desserts. Launched on 6 February, the three new sweet desserts are Matcha Pudding with Sweet Red Bean 抹茶 布丁, Coconut Pudding 椰香布丁 and Yuzu Jelly 柚子果冻.

Launched on 6 February 2023, the sweet trio at Din Tai Fung feature flavours inspired by both local and internationally-acclaimed desserts.

This pudding pairs the bitter flavours of matcha with sweet Hokkaido red beans in soy flour and cream. Matcha lovers can enjoy the intensity and natural earthiness of the matcha flavour found in each scoop. It costs $6.80 per serving.

Coconut Pudding 椰香布丁

A fan of coconut? Try the Coconut Pudding, made with coconut milk and mixed with nata de coco for a chewy bite. This new Din Tai Fung dessert comes sprinkled with toasted coconut shavings for an added texture. The Coconut Pudding costs $6.80 per serving.

Yuzu Jelly 柚子果冻

This summer-inspired dessert features fragrant Japanese yuzu zest, marmalade and honey. The citrusy dessert is rich in vitamin C and combines sweetness with a hint of sourness. The Yuzu Jelly dessert also comes infused with dried yuzu peels for a finishing touch. It costs $6.50 per serving.
