They also offer island-wide delivery across multiple food delivery platforms.

The inspiration behind Tiga Roti

The inspiration behind Tiga Roti
The Tiga Roti concept was born three years ago after founder Chef Adam Penney of Three Buns by Potato Head met and fell in love with his wife Saffy. Through her, he was introduced to Malay culture and its food-centric community. He put himself to the ultimate test: create not just one, but a whole Halal-friendly burger menu.

“I fully embraced the challenge to combine my love for burgers with my love for my wife, Saffy. I’ve always been drawn to how in Malay culture, every mealtime is a celebration of family and friends, where food is always one of the central pieces. The Tiga Roti concept is designed to be part of that celebration – it’s something we’re extremely proud to have created for the community, delicious food and drink that everyone can enjoy together,” Penney shared.

The Tiga Roti menu

The Tiga Roti menu
Tiga Roti’s extensive Halal-friendly menu will feature reimagined classic burgers. Burger fans are encouraged to have a taste of Hot Dang, 24 hour slow cooked pulled beef brisket, smothered with an in-house rendang gravy, cucumber, scallions, pickled daikon, chilli and coconut aioli, served in a toasted wholemeal bun. This is the burger that best showcases Chef Penney’s understanding of local Malay flavours.
