Singapore Writers Festival 2017 – Aram

Little Day Out Singapore Writers Festival for Families Guide 2017
Sharing is caring!

In this 2017 edition, the National Arts Council (NAC) presents the Singapore Writers Festival (SWF) in the Civic District from 3–12 November with the theme ‘Aram’ (pronounced ah-ruhm). This year’s theme takes its inspiration from a word used in the ancient text – Thirukkural, widely revered as the most influential literary work in Tamil. Meaning “goodness” and “doing good”, Aram envisions an ideal which humanity can aspire to – in thought, word and action.

SWF for Families (SWF3 )

SWF3 will include a range of programmes that span music, storytelling, different forms of play and reading targeted specifically at young children and their families.
