Shake Shack Westgate opened on 30 October 2021, bringing its burgers to the west side for the first time.

Shake Shack Westgate comes hot on the heels of its last previous opening at Gardens by the Bay. It is located on the ground floor of the Jurong East mall, opposite from the Fong Sheng Hao Taiwanese-inspired toast café and next to Sephora.

We also tried the Peelin’ Cherry-fic ($7.30 for a single) which is a mix of vanilla and chocolate custard with slices of banana and bits of Lemuel chocolate for good measure. This frozen custard is an exclusive flavour to the Westgate outlet.

Getting your Shack Shack Fix in the West

As with other Shake Shacks, you can choose to order at the counter or from self-service kiosks.

If dining in, you will get to enjoy the naturalistic wooden hues of the dining area. What we thought was missing was the typical murals done by local artists which adorn other outlets.

If you are getting your order to go, you will have to wait outside until your buzzer rings to signal that your order is ready for collection.

Shack Shack Westgate is located at 3 Gateway Drive, #01-20, Singapore 608532. Its opening hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10 am to 10 pm, and Friday and Sat 10 am to 11 pm.
