The former grounds of Singapore Chinese Girls School at Emerald Hill has been opened up for PLAYfiesta, a 10-day event with food, music and a game experience called The Mirror World.
PLAYfiesta at Emerald Hill
PLAYfiesta takes place from 25 November to 4 December 2022. Open from 4 pm to 10 pm, it is a chance to hangout and grab some food while enjoying live music performances.
Located around the outdoor seating area are food and retails stalls. Local bands, DJs and stand-up comedians take turns on the stage throughout the evening to entertain the crowds. There will also be movie screenings and fitness programmes.
The Mirror World
A highlight of PLAYfiesta is The Mirror World. This is a mixed reality arcade game experience that takes place in the former school’s classrooms.
The Mirror World features eight game stations, some centred around cybersecurity themes, that players can go through.
This ticketed game is priced at $25 on weekdays and $28 on weekends.
