Pasir Ris Mall, located next to the Pasir Ris MRT station, has opened, bringing with it an injection of new dining and shopping experiences to the eastern neighbourhood. We take a look at the Pasir Ris Mall food options, shops and the Pasir Ris Mall playground.
Overview of Pasir Ris Mall
Pasir Ris Mall can be found at the junction of Pasir Ris Drive 8 and Pasir Ris Central. Its official grand opening will be on 22 July 2024.

Pasir Ris Mall is located on the other side of Pasir Ris MRT Station from White Sands shopping mall. The mall has several levels. These are:
- Level 2
- Level 1M
- Level 1
- Basement 1
- Basement 2
Generally speaking, Basement 1 and 2 consists mainly of food establishments while Level 1 has a few retail shops. However, parts of Levels 1 and 2 are also still not yet accessible as they are part of the future Integrated Transport Hub at Pasir Ris Central.
The future Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub will encompass a new bus interchange and the Cross Island Line. It will also offering direct connectivity for pedestrians and cyclists to Pasir Ris Park and beach via the upcoming Central Greenway in the future.
There is also an event area located at Basement 2 that can host events such as food fairs or other activities.
Level 2 has a mix of restaurants and retail shops and services such as a bank and educational centres.
There will also be a redeveloped Pasir Ris Polyclinic at the mall, which is set to open at the end of 2024.
The Pasir Ris Mall car park entrance is along Pasir Ris Central.
The diaper changing and nursing rooms, located on Basement 1, Basement 2, and Level 2. Equipped with basins, hot water dispensers and changing stations, these facilities offer a clean and hassle-free experience for both parents and babies.
There are also family toilets within Pasir Ris Mall.
Shops and restaurants at Pasir Ris Mall are progressively opening over the next couple of weeks. Here is a look at what you can expect at the mall.
Pasir Ris Mall Food
Level 2 of Pasir Ris Mall is where you will find restaurants. These include Earle Swensen’s (#02-16), and other brands like Yayoi Japanese Teishoku Restaurant (#02-63).
There is also Tai Er (#02-66) for those who love old-style pickled fish.
Love Italian food? Check out Piz’za Amore (#02-65) and a modern pizzaria with a sleek interior, pizzas and craft beers.
Other concepts, some of which were still in the midst of opening when we visited, include Le Shrimp Ramen (#02-62), Paradise Dynasty (#02-61), White Restaurant, which is known for its white beehoon, (#02-67), Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine (#02-60) and more.
One that looked interesting to us was Nayana Plus (#02-68), a Korean restaurant that is pet friendly.
There will also be a Tim Hortons (#02-64) opening at Level 2, while local coffee drinkers can get their fix at the Kopifellas Cafe (#02-59).
At Level 1, you can find food options such as Jianghu Buffet (#01-24) and nasi lemak specialist Lee Wee & Brothers (#01-21)
Head along the outside of the mall and you will come across Guzman Y Gomez (#01-13).
Basement 1 and 2 of Pasir Ris Mall is buzzing with more food establishments. Those seeking out a Pasir Ris Mall food court can head to Malaysia Boleh (#B1-34).
There is also a Cantine by Kopitiam (#B2-17), a second food court.
Another option for those looking for a variety of foods is Taste of Indonesia (#B2-37) where the store have been designed to look like push carts.
Other casual options include Kuriya Japanese Market (#B1-K19) and The Hainan Story Coffee House (#B2-36).

More Japanese food awaits at Butahage (#B1-32) and Genki Sushi (#B1-33).
Food counters include stores like Crave (#B1-K15) and Dunkin (#B1-K17).
For fluffy pancakes, head over to Fluff Stack (#B2-35).
For a quick break, pop over to coffee places like Kazo Cafe (#B1-42) and Toast Box (#B1-40).
There is also a Luckin Coffee (#B1-37) outlet at Pasir Ris Mall.
In terms of fast food, Pasir Ris Mall has a McDonalds (#B1-41) – its third outlet around the area!, Jollibee (#B2-27) and 4Fingers Crispy Chicken (#B1-36).
Pasir Ris Mall Shops
Here is a quick overview of some of the shops at Pasir Ris Mall.
One of the recognisable names at Pasir Ris Mall is Decathlon (#02-30/31). Decathlon Pasir Ris Mall is quite a small outlet but stocked with the essentials.
There is also a Challenger (#B2-18), UOB bank (#02-40/41) (opening soon) and home living stores such as Mayer (#B2-22) and Turtle (#02-36/39).
The Singapore-uniform shop Uniqlo (#02-33) also has an outlet at Pasir Ris Mall.
Heritage brand Eu Yan Sang (#B1-21) can also be found at Pasir Ris Mall.
Guardian (#B1-29), Watsons (#B1-19) and QB House (#B1-14) are amongst the other stores located at Pasir Ris Mall.
Need to do some supermarket shopping? Pasir Ris Mall has a Cold Storage supermarket (#B1-11) and a soon-to-open Scarlett supermarket (#B2-11/12).
Those who wish to have arcade-style fun will find a large TimeZone (#02-55) with mini bowling lanes at Pasir Ris Mall.
Just in front of TimeZone is a space for Wan To Play Sky Castle (#02-58), which is a themed indoor playground with slides, theatre games, dress up and ball pools. This is still not open yet.
Coin-operated kiddie rides can be found on Level 2, in front of Kopifellas Cafe.
Enrichment centres for kids that are also opening include a Heguru Education Centre (#02-14) – accessible from the outdoor corridor at Level 2, BearyFun Gym (#02-56) and dance school DancePointe Academy (#02-50).
Pasir Ris Mall Playground
Parents with young children will be pleased to know that there is a free Pasir Ris Mall playground. This can be found on Level 2 at the outdoor area known as Central Greenway that overlooks Pasir Ris MRT Station.
The Pasir Ris Mall playground has two sections and is suitable for younger kids.
The first play area at the Pasir Ris Mall playground has climbing equipment as well as some low hammocks that kids can swing on. There are also three trampolines built into the ground as well as play panels for younger kids to play with.
The second Pasir Ris Mall playground area is just a short distance away from the first. This consists of more naturalistic elements such as a wooden balancing log and wooden stepping stone for kids to practise their balancing skills.
There is also a wooden see-saw and a wooden teeter totter for young kids to swing back and forth on.
Both the play areas at the Pasir Ris Mall playground are quite simple but they offer a play spot for younger kids who may want to get outdoors. The fact that they are also just a short distance away from the restaurants found on Level 2 also means that they are easily accessible for those who may be dining and need to take the kids out for a while.
Where is Pasir Ris Mall?
Pasir Ris Mall gives residents living in Pasir Ris additional options when it comes to food and dining, shopping as well as entertainment and enrichments for kids. It is conveniently located next to the Pasir Ris MRT station.
However, at the moment, you will have to walk around some construction to reach the mall from the MRT station.
