Dino-crazy fans will enjoy dining out at Jurassic Nest Food Hall, the new dinosaur-themed outlet with Michelin-rated hawker fare at Gardens by the Bay at Supertree Grove. It is the first food hall in Singapore to have more than 50% Michelin-rated food brands.

Jurassic Nest Food Hall, Gardens by the Bay

Jurassic Nest food court offers a chance to sit down in a lush seating area, surrounded by dinosaurs while tucking into a meal. Kids will get excited with glee by some of these larger-than-life dinosaurs at the themed multi-food dining outlet.

Dinosaurs spotted at Jurassic Nest Food Hall include the T-rex, Brachiosaurus, Velociraptor, Dilong Paradoxus, Corythosaurus, Parasaurolophus and other smaller reptiles.

Dinosaurs at Jurassic Nest Food Hall

The T-rex is the centrepiece on top of a three-metre-high waterfall that welcomes diners as they walk through the door.

Grazing Brachiosaurus

Watch out for the grazing Brachiosaurus by the door too.


Animatronic Shows at Jurassic Nest

The animatronic T-rex, Brachiosaurus and Oviraptor roar to life every hour amidst a landscape of 15 other life-sized dinosaurs. Three animatronic dinosaurs come to life 18 times a day across two segments. Inside Jurassic Nest, the free show featuring the T-rex and Brachiosaurus come to life  every hour from 12 pm to 8 pm.

The animatronic Oviraptor can be found in the outdoor area and comes alive nine times a day at hourly intervals from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Beyond learning about dinosaurs, children can also embark on a specially-designed educational trail at the Outdoor Gardens of Gardens by the Bay, in search of flora and fauna that have existed since prehistoric times.


Food at Jurassic Nest

Eventually, when the stomach starts to rumble, you may start to forage for food around the Jurassic Nest. There are multiple food outlets available within Jurassic Nest, catering to wide range of tastes. Prices of main dishes starting from $7.50.

This cafe anchors the food offerings at Jurassic Nest with menu items like salads, pastas, sandwiches, waffles and ice cream.

It has an outdoor seating area and opens earlier than the rest of the outlets to serve breakfast.

On the inside, you can also find a little shop corner that sells dinosaur-related merchandise.


Hawker Chan

The award-winning hawker stall serves soya sauce chicken rice and noodles, along with seasonal dishes.

Bismillah Briyani

Bismillah Briyani

Bismillah Briyani is the world’s only Michelin awarded briyani and serves dum briyani.


Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang

Enjoy some delicious nasi lemak from this brand which has been featured in the Michelin Guide.


Took Lae Dee

Took Lae Dee has been in business since 1972 and is the place in the dino-themed food court at Gardens by the Bay for some spicy Thai food. This was closed when we visited on 11 November 2022.

Besides ordering at the individual stalls, there is also a centalised ordering kiosk where you can order and pay. A number will appear on the board once the food is ready for collection.
