With the holidays coming up, Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore has unveiled its festive offerings that include a hearty Holiday Gourmet Platter with Turducken and an absolutely delicious yule log.

Looking for an impressive but easy-to-prepare holiday treat? Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore’s Holiday Gourmet Platter may be just what you need.
The platter-for-four come with two meats – Dao Style Turducken Roulade and Sous Vide Boneless Beef Short Rib.
Actually, it could be considered four meats since a turducken is a combination of turkey, duck and chicken. Bundled into a tight roll, the Dao Style Turducken Roulade is a variety of textures and flavours.
The signature Truffle Earl Grey sauce adds a finishing touch to the meats.
Accompanying the meats is a colourful complement of fresh tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, Brussel sprouts and roasted potatoes.

collection from 18 to 25 December 2023. Prepayment required.
Enchanted Forest Yule Log
For a sweet finish to your meal, Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore Enchanted Forest Yule Log not only enchants but satisfies the sweet tooth.
This yule log features chocolate buttercream and rich Valhona Ariaga chocolate cream with the hidden gems of Valrhona dark chocolate crunchy pearls.
We were tickled to find it even came with a tiny plastic axe that you can try to use to chop down the edible fir tree decoration.
The 1 kg Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore Enchanted Forest Yule Log is available at $56 per set.
Festive Season at Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore
Other festive offerings at Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore include a three-course Christmas set meal at Collective, available for for dine in from 4 to 25 December 2023 for lunch and on 24 and 25 December for dinner. There will live carolling on 24 December (7 pm to 8 pm) & 25 December (1 pm to 2 pm).
Specially curated cocktails are also available at the bar from 4 to 25 December 2023.
