The next time you get hungry when you’re at Resorts World Sentosa, you can head over to Gourmet Park, a food truck and container park at the Bull Ring in front of the Universal Studios Singapore globe.

Gourmet Park features everything from signature eats from Michelin and award-winning chefs to the latest concepts at wallet-friendly prices with food truck vibes.

The range of cuisines is available at Resorts World Sentosa’s Gourmet Park include Singaporean, Asian, American, Indian, Mexican, Middle-Eastern, Sri Lankan and Spanish delicacies.

Kotuwa is a Sri Lankan food truck helmed by the renowned Michelin-starred Chef Rishi Naleendra. Opened in 2020, Kotuwa has been listed the Michelin Bib Gourmand list three years in a row, and is one of Chef Rishi’s successful food ventures in Singapore.

Another headliner at Gourmet Park is Blue Smoke, helmed by World Gourmet Awards’ Asian Cuisine Chef 2020 winner, Ivan Yeo. It serves dishes showcasing flavours from all around Asia created by this award-winning contemporary Asian Smokehouse.

The QUEIC & Olivia Market food truck offers tapas and small market dishes specially curated by multi-award-winning chef and co-founder, Alain Devahive, of the popular Barcelona eatery in Singapore – Olivia Restaurant & Lounge.

The Kathi Roll Co will dish out Chef Vikramjit Roy’s take on Indian comfort food – street food inspired, robustly flavoured wraps, rolls and bowls.

Dickson Nasi Lemak offers contemporary Asia fare, including its signature sell-out sensation Malaysian style Nasi Lemak.

At the multi-award winning restaurant Blue Lotus outlet, there will be innovative modern Chinese cuisine such as their critically-acclaimed signature Chilli Pomelo Crab.

Lavi is a rustic-chic taqueria that offers a distinctive perspective on traditional Mexican flavours with a contemporary twist renowned for their authentic and flavourful Mexican street tacos.

Diners looking for sustainable, traceable seafood can visit Luke’s Lobster for their signature Maine Lobster Rolls which are voted New York’s Number One lobster rolls.

Enjoy gourmet fish and chips, delicious fresh oysters, seafood platters and ocean offerings at the Seafood Bar by Bleu.

Chun Noodle Bar offers a take on the classic Cantonese dish of wanton noodles to new heights, infusing it with savoury gourmet ingredients.

Mad Roaster, a social enterprise, serves delicious brioche and specialty coffee. Every Mad Roaster product features a distinctive logo adorned with miniature refugee artwork, hand-coloured by refugees in Asia.

The Goodburger food truck and their plant-based Impossible burgers will be the sustainable headline concept at Gourmet Park. The founding team of The Goodburger is also behind Food Truck Nation, the creator and operator of Gourmet Park.

The Gourmet Park at Resorts World Sentosa is open from 11 am till 8 pm on weekdays and 9 pm on weekends.
