The Forest Spring playgrounds offer kids a chance to have some fun on the Yishun neighbourhood estate.
There are two Forest Spring playgrounds located on the rooftop of the car park at the estate. Take a wander around the estate and you will come across them tucked away amongst the housing blocks.
Forest Spring Playground: The Mudskipper Obstacle Course
The larger of the two Forest Spring playgrounds in Yishun can be found in front of Block 472A.

The play equipment at this Forest Spring playground has a mudskipper theme and motif. You will find these green figures at the playground, serving even as handholds for kids to climb up to the structure.
Starting from one end, kids can make their way along different climbing obstacles before ending up at the platform with a slide.
One of the interesting obstacles is a tunnel that dips and rises. Made out of metal mesh, kids will probably wish to stay away from this in the heat of the day.
Another set of play equipment here at this playground is a pair of Speed Racer cycles. Kids can take on each other while staying active on these cycles.
Toddler Playground at Forest Spring
Younger kids have a separate playground that caters to their abilities.
The toddler playground at Forest Spring can be found in front of Block 471B. It is also on the car park roof top.
This smaller playground also has a mini tower for kids to climb as well as a slide. It is similarly themed with a grassland theme.
An interesting piece of play equipment here is a grasshopper themed spring rider. This reminds us of the much larger grasshopper at the Casa Spring playground or the other one at Everspring Park.
Play at the Forest Spring Playground
The Forest Spring playground offer some neighbourhood fun for kids in the estate. For older ones who are seeking more space to run about, there is also the Melody Spring playground that is just a stone’s throw away.
If you enjoyed this story, we predict that you will also enjoy this story on Casa Spring playground.
