Enjoy a tantalising four-course Christmas menu featuring a wintry assortment of seafood appetisers including a fragrant flower crab soup infused with barley and mushrooms, followed by an exquisite selection of mains ranging from beef sirloin with sansho sauce to pan-fried soy braised duck with beet sauce and abalone with mixed mushrooms, a delicious and earthy dish with maitake and eryngii mushrooms.
Diners can also indulge in KOMA’s sushi jewel box, a decadent chirashi don with five types of fish. End the meal on a festive note with KOMA’s Christmas log cake which is coated with Manjari dark chocolate mousse, vanilla crémeux and a light burst of nashi pear jelly.

LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar has specially curated a three-course Advent menu available for dinner every Monday to Thursday for the whole of December.
Guests who are seafood lovers can pick between a fine selection of seafood appetisers such as hamachi crudo topped with sherry vinagrette, chilled prawn salad and vellutata di oyster, a velvety broth of fried oyster, confit heart of palm, roasted broccoli and golden raisins.
There are also various entrées such as corn agnolotti with fresh snow crab and maitake mushroom, to roasted pork belly, a surf and turf combo with grilled calamari, and more.
