On the 4th floor of Jewel Changi Airport, you can find a series of character theme shops, great for those who wish to pick up some cute and kawaii merchandise during a short stopover in Singapore.

Pokémon Center SINGAPORE
Reopened on 1 July 2026 after the first full-scale renovation of a Pokémon Center store outside Japan, Pokémon Center SINGAPORE stocks special merchandise inspired by Singapore’s unique heritage, in addition to a wide range of Pokémon plushies and items. Standing in front of Pokémon Center SINGAPORE, the Legendary Pokémon, Solgaleo, and Pikachu will greet guests in a bold and dynamic display that makes for a wonderful photo spot too!

The Gundam Base
The Gundam Base is the official flagship store and hobby destination dedicated to Gundam plastic models (Gunpla) and related merchandise. Operated by Bandai (Bandai Namco’s hobby division), the shop is a must visit spot for fans of the Gundam franchise.
Inside The Gundam Base, in addition to the many displays, the store also carries Gundam Base exclusive model kits and limited releases.

Sanrio Gift Gate Characters Store
If you are a fan of Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters, then the Sanrio Characters Store is a stop that you may want to make. There are a large variety of goods but just be warned that the prices are on the premium end. There is also a cute photo spot featuring a heart made up of various Sanrio characters in the shop.

Established in 2000, ActionCity is a pop culture creative studio and retail brand with a presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Pop into Action City to gawk at the display of BearBricks models, including some limited or special editions. They have a good range of collectibles available for sale too.
