Ever eaten seafood by the bucket? Bucketta is a Thai and Italian seafood concept at Downtown East serving up fresh seafood and pasta dishes since 2021. Their signature menu item is the Seafood Bucket, where one can enjoy a wide variety of seafood items cooked in a selection of 2 signature sauces.
With their newly launched All-You-Can-Eat Seafood Bucket Buffet, patrons can enjoy either the Classic bucket at $39.90++ per pax or the Premium bucket at $59.90++ per pax in 100 minutes.
A Wide Variety of Seafood and Sides Await At Bucketta
The Classic bucket includes wonderful options such as tiger prawns, flower crabs, half shell scallops, black mussels and white clams, while the Premium bucket contains all the aforementioned plus crayfish and giant river prawns.
Not to mention, the bucket comes mixed with additional ingredients such as bratwurst, fried boiled eggs, corn, potato and broccoli, and the whole bucket can be prepared in either Bucketta’s signature Thai Cajun or Garlic Butter Sauces.

That is not all the perks that come with the meal. There are also free flow sides to match, such as chicken cutlet, breaded fish fillet, baked corn, fried mantou, fries and other staples.
Patrons enjoying the premium buffet can also select from Thai pork chop and Tom Yum pork ribs as well. With an addition of $10 per pax, patrons can also enjoy free flow drinks and beer from Hoegaarden.
Trying the Premium Seafood Bucket at Bucketta
How can one refuse such an enticing and delicious deal? We headed down to Bucketta’s Downtown East outlet at E!Hub to find out.
Open since April of this year, Bucketta’s second outlet is a relaxed hangout spot that offers indoor and outdoor seating options. There is also a cute little corner stocked with a variety of Thai snacks for sale.
We had the opportunity to try the premium bucket in both Signature Thai Cajun and Garlic Butter sauces. The buckets were brought over to our table and poured out on a tray for easier access.
At a first glance, the portion sizes are large and looks packed with many ingredients packed well coated in sauce. We ordered mama noodles and fried mantou for sides, which were wonderful options that complements the meal as it is great at absorbing the sauces.
The generous portions of seafood and other ingredients were extremely well cooked, juicy and delicious.
The Thai Cajun is a sweet and spicy sauce that coats the different ingredients really well, while the Garlic Butter is a fragrant milky sauce that highlights the flavours of seafood.
While I enjoyed both sauces individually, I found a sweet spot with mixing both sauces together, as it brings out a flavour that marries the best of both worlds.

Overall, the meal was incredibly filling and left me with a happy belly going home. The seafood offerings available at Bucketta are definitely a bang for your buck and would be a great option to have whenever you are craving for some hearty seafood fare.
Bucketta’s All-You-Can-Eat buffet can only be enjoyed with another patron present, so bring your family and friends to feast on some delicious seafood together!
Additionally, In celebration of National Day, patrons who share the same birthday as Singapore (9 August) can enjoy the Premium seafood bucket buffet for free. Birthday patrons will need to have a minimum of 2 diners to dine for free. The offer runs from 9th August to 23rd August, and will not be applicable with other promotions.
