If you’ve been hankering for a tasty smashed burger, Swensen’s new Ultra Burger is something that you must try.

This new Swensen’s menu item comes in two variations: the OG Ultra Burger and the Classic Ultra Burger.

Both of these are made primarily with premium U.S. beef, and come with a secret burger sauce that is made in-house. They are served with a side of fries and coleslaw.

The OG Ultra Burger ($16.90) features soft, toasted brioche buns hugging two smashed beef patties. It comes with melted jack cheese and a bed of grilled onions for an extra juicy flavour.

If you feel like sinking your teeth into a juicy, greasy burger, this one is for you.

The Classic Ultra Burger ($17.90) also features two smashed beef patties. Sharp purple onions, tangy gerkhins, sweet tomato slices and fresh lettuce added texture to this variation of the Ultra Burger.

Swensen’s Ultra Burger series is available at all Swensen’s stores islandwide, for takeaway and delivery via GrabFood, Deliveroo and Foodpanda.
