Maker workshops are great avenues for kids (and parents!) to learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) and how STEAM gives our children the Power to Create. Learn about electronics, engineering, biology and much more through hands on, open-ended exploration facilitated by passionate and enthusiastic mentors!
Making with Light
Venue: Science Centre Singapore, Curie and Herschel Labs
Date: 3 June 2017
Time: 10am – 1pm
Price: $25 per child (*Admission to Science Centre applies for accompanying parents)
Light is all around us and there are so many ways in which we can explore light as a way of making – think lenses, shadow puppets, solar panels, candle holders and other things that you can work with around light and get inspired by how much we depend on light.
