For many infants and toddlers, play is an essential part of the way they learn about the world around them. This is similar for Singapore’s first giant panda cub. He has been hard at work, perfecting his climbing skills and motor skills in his own “jungle gym”.

Le Le’s “jungle gym” is made up of strategically-placed logs to provide Le Le the opportunity to improve his strength and skills. His care team also provides him with various enrichment toys to further expose him to different shapes and textures.

Le Le now weighs 12.19kg as at 26 January 2022.
