The Hakka Salt-baked Chicken is one of the restaurant’s signature dishes that treats the kampung chicken to a marinated blend of herbs and spices, before coating it in a layer of coarse salt that enhances its rich flavours and then baked. The end result is a fragrant serving of tender and juicy meat with its natural flavours delicately retained in each bite that you take.

The Hakka Stuffed Tofu is a must-try dish, seared in a golden brown coat that is covered in rich sauce and a light smoky overtone that testifies to the traditional pan-fried cooking methods applied. The pork in the tofu adds a savoury flavour to the meal.
The Hakka Green Kueh is a charming sweet treat with a subtle aroma of mugwort, and a bite into the chewy skin reveals the generous filling of red bean paste snuggled inside.
We personally like the Traditional Hakka Pork Soup as it is an unassuming, comforting broth that seals the natural essence from the pork, augmented by its delicate seasoning.
