Crayon Shinchan (La Bi Xiao Xin), also known as Shin Chan, has arrived at the Kumoya Jalan Klapa Pop-up café. The public can dine with this iconic character starting Wednesday, 5 May 2021.

For those who might not be familiar, Shin Chan is based on a manga series that follows the adventures of the five-year-old Shinnosuke “Shin” Nohara and his parents, baby sister and his dog Shiro. The series also features his neighbours and best friends.

Shinchan has a cheeky personality and he is known for his mischievous move of wriggling his (sometimes bare) buttocks. Shinchan presents an innocent yet satiric look at the adult world, and the food in this café brings an interesting twist to the usual cutesy guests and foods in Kumoya.

There are a total of six snacks, four mains, three desserts and eight beverages. This time, there are some interesting new dishes to look out for.
