In May 2021, Active Health SG invited Singaporeans to register for a free Play Mat. Now, successful applicants can book a slot via the email sent to them to collect their Play Mats at their allocated venues.

In addition, the successful applicants for the play mat can also sign up for the play mat workshop via the website here.
At this online workshop, participants can learn how to improve their family’s health and fitness through fun, interactive assessments and games found on the Active Health Play Mat.
The one-hour workshop will also let participants learn about the different activities that they can try on the ActiveSG Play Mat. These activities are suitable for play across generations.
Activities to do on ActiveSG Playmat
Some of the activities that individuals can also on the Play Mat include assessing their fitness fun activities with their family and friends.
The assessments will test their balance, flexibility and muscular endurance. Examples of assessments include Y-Balance, Sit-and-Reach, Curl Ups and more.
They can also use it to exercise, build strength, and improve sensorimotor skills and cognition with games such as Spot and Step or Sport & Ladder, a rendition of the traditional snake and ladder.
