Changi Airport Terminal 3 can feel immense because it has many different levels and it is spread out over a wide area. It is the terminal that is most often the centre of various events and activities at the airport, especially during the school holidays in Singapore, and you can also find plenty of Changi Airport Terminal 3 food options along with different attractions alongside retail shops. There is even a supermarket at the terminal, along with two preschools.

Changi Airport Terminal 3 Food
There are four main floors where you can find food at Changi Airport T3. These are:
- Basement 2 – food court along with casual eateries and restaurants
- Level 1 Arrival Hall – McDonald’s and handful of eateries
- Level 2 Departure Hall – A few casual spots and cafes including Starbucks
- Level 3 and 4 above the Departure Gate – Chinese and Indian restaurants

Basement 2 food at Changi Airport T3
The food options at Changi Airport T3’s Basement 2 is anchored by the food court. This is where you can choose from a wide variety of food stall that offer Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisines. The food court is undergoing renovation at the moment and is scheduled to reopen in November 2024.
On the other side of the food court, there are individual restaurants where you can dine. Amongst these is Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen, Old Town Express (for Malaysian food), Swensen’s and Ya Kun Family Cafe where you can get your kaya toast fix.
The 7-Eleven convenience store at Basement 2 has a 7Cafe cafe section where you can sit down for a drink and snack. It is located close to Car Park 3A.
There is also a cluster of other eateries and kiosks such as Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart, Jollibean, Matchaya, Tai Cheong Bakery (with egg tarts) Sushi Deli and Meltise. These offer quick bites for hungry ones who are in a hurry.
There is another cluster of casual restaurants including one by Old Chang Kee close to Car Park 3B.
Another notable eatery at Changi Airport T3 Basement 2 is Mr Teh Tarik Express. This store which sells roti prata amongst other delights, is open 24 hours.
Changi Airport T3 Level 1 Food at the Arrival Hall
Level 1 is where you will be able to find McDonald’s.
What is less well known is that opposite from McDonald’s, is the Natureland Cafe, a spa with a bar where you can get a beer or glass of wine.
Other eateries at the Arrival Hall level at Changi Airport Terminal 3 include a Paris Baguette cafe and Heavenly Wang. Both of these look out into the baggage collection area, making it convenient to get a drink while keeping an eye out for arriving passengers to collect their baggage. Heavenly Wang is another kopi spot where you can get some kaya toast.
Changi Airport T3 Level 2 Food at the Departure Hall
The Departure Level at Changi Airport Terminal 3 has a number of cafes and eateries.
One of these is O’Coffee Club which specialises in gourmet coffee and also offers mains like an all-day-breakfast as well as pizzas. It can be found between Check-in Rows 1 and 2.
At the other end of the Departure Hall, there is Starbucks and NamNam. The latter sells Vietnamese food and drinks. Just opposite from NamNam, there are kiosks where you can buy llallao frozen yoghurt and bubble tea from TP TEA.
Food at Level 3 and 4
Prominently located above the Departure Gate is Paradise Dynasty. This Chinese restaurant specialises in xiao long bao.
There is a Thai restaurant on one side of Paradise Dynasty and a Peranakan restaurant called Baba Nyonya on the other side.
Take the escalator up one more floor to Level 4 for Bikanervala where you can enjoy Indian cuisine.
Terminal 3 Shops
There are a number of shops at Terminal 3. These are mainly found at Basement 2 and Level 2 Departure Hall.
At Basement 2, right in the middle of the terminal is a supermarket FairPrice Finest. This is a convenient spot to pick up some necessities before a trip. If you need to pick up some medicines, there is a Unity pharmacy opposite of the 7-Eleven, close to Car Park 3A.
Other shops and retail businesses at Terminal 3 Basement 2 can be found closer to Car Park 3B. Shops here include gift store The Green Party, Peniwern, Cloud9 Studio, Kawata House of Socks and The Body Shop.
There is also a second pharmacy Guardian Health & Beauty here.
More retail shops at the public area of Terminal 3 can be found on Level 2 Departure Hall. Between Check-in Row 5 and Check-in Row 6, there is a cosmetics and perfume shop, as well Chomel, an accessories shop. You can also get local nyonya kueh from Bengawan Solo and chocolates from The Cocoa Trees.
Still on Level 2, closer to the Skytrain, there are shops in the public area of Terminal 3 like Fragrance Bak Kwa, as well as GODIV Chocolatier and a toy shop Simply Toys.
Attractions at Changi Airport Terminal 3
If you are heading to Changi Airport Terminal 3, especially with kids, there are multiple attractions for them to enjoy.
Basement 2 has a little play area close to Car Park 3B. This used to be a Hello Kitty playground and was also once a kueh playground but is now a soft padded area.
In front of it is the T3 Slide, a fun slide that both kids and adults can enjoy.
There is also Climb @ T3, a rock climbing wall.
There is also an arcade at Basement 2 and an indoor playground that is closing in January 2025.
You can also head to ST3PS where movies and entertainments get screened.
Four Less Well Known Spots
There are four less well known spots that you may also be interested to know about at Terminal 3.
At Level 2 Departure Hall, just next to O’Coffee Club, there is a photo booth. While it is probably intended for taking official photos, you can also use it to create some fun pictures with friends and family.
Also at Level 2, there is a panel in front of Check-in Row 4 that faces towards the wall of green vegetation inside the Baggage Collection area. Called Rainforest Experience, you can use the panel to control the lights on the green wall.
Up on Level 4, you can head over to the viewing gallery to watch the planes land and take off.
Finally at Basement 2, just behind Curry Times and Old Chang Kee, there is a display about recycling. One of the panels at this recycling wall includes an interactive game that can be played for free.
