Located beside the Kallang River, the Bishan Towers Playground draws inspiration from both the waters of the river and the surrounding nature. It features swirls of blue along with boat-inspired play equipment for kids to enjoy.

Bishan Towers is located between Bishan Stree 11, Braddell Road and the Kallang River.
The Bishan Towers Playground isn’t very large but it packs in a variety of play equipment.

Mangrove Inspired Playground for Older Kids
Kids between the ages of 5 to 12 years old will find a playground structure that has been inspired by mangrove trees. A rope treehouse with various huts provides the opportunity for kids to enjoy elevated play.
A blue slide awaits at one end of the play structure for kids who make it across the obstacles that have been laid out between various poles that have been designed to look like mangrove tree with their distinctive roots.
Need a break from the elements? Kids can hideaway inside one of the elevated huts before venturing outside again.
Another interesting feature for older kids at the Bishan Towers Playground is a blue swirl. The rope climbing structure has an interesting profile and challenges kids’ coordination and balance as they navigate the structure.
It almost looks like a fishing net unfurling as it is being tossed out into the water!
Nautical Themed Play for Younger Kids
Younger kids between the ages 2 and 5 years old can enjoy some imaginative amongst the nautical themed structures at the Bishan Towers Playground.
One of the playground structures carries the livery of a traditional sampan. Painted in red and green colours, it even has an “eye” in the front to help it navigate the way. The main play structure for this sampan playground is a yellow structure that is fitted with play panels and a bright yellow, open slide.
A unique piece of play equipment at this section of the Bishan Towers playground is suspended wooden boat. This play structure is raised off the ground and it can sway about as kids move about on the inside!
Around the Playground
The Bishan Towers playground is located at the central courtyard of the estate.
A running track also encircles the courtyard. The space is sufficient enough that we even away a kid being taught how to cycle in the courtyard. There are also fitness stations for adults to get a bit of a workout while the kids have fun playing at the playground.
Look out points also provide a place to take in views of the adjacent Kallang River.
The Bishan Towers playground was installed by CT-Art Creation. It can be found in front of Blocks 156A, 156B and 156C, Bishan Street 11.
