Ballet Under the Stars

Ballet Under the Stars is back over two weekends in September at Fort Canning Green. Amongst the performances are Momentum, choreographed by Choo-San Goh, inspired by Sergei Prokofiev’s 1st Piano Concerto, and The Nutcracker choreographed by Janek Schergen to some of the world’s most vibrant and iconic tunes by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Wings of My Own | Storytime with the RSAF

For children between 4 to 6 years old, this hands-on, interactive session will introduce parents and their children to the curious world of coding! Discover three basic coding concepts of looping, sequencing and algorithms through storytelling and a series of enjoyable unplugged activities. This immersive showcase invites young visitors to try extended reality (XR), Metaverse and gaming prototypes developed using the latest 3D world building platforms and artificial intelligence tools. There will be fun, educational, experimental experiences that encourage visitors to ‘play for the planet’ and learn about the importance of protecting our culture and the environment in the digital age.
