There is a carefully curated selection of gelato and pours available at AiFOKATO. Mix and match gelato flavours with pours to craft a personalised affogato that suits your mood and taste.
There are four gelato flavours available: Madagascar Vanilla Gelato, Premium Korean Matcha Gelato, Premium Pistachio Gelato and Callebaut Dark Chocolate Gelato.
These can be matched with three pours: Espresso, Matcha and Chocolate.

The gelato is geometrically sculpted to create a diamond faceted shape. This is then filled with a slow espresso pour. This visual combination makes for an affogato that is designed for the social media age.
However, if you wish to take some pictures, be sure to do so fast as the gelato can melt quickly in Singapore’s tropical heat, accelerated by the freshly brewed coffee.
There is no dine-in at AiFOKATO and a limited number of stools are available along the five-foot way.
