Taking place during the first weekend of the June school holidays, Monstrous Fun! at The Arts House has something for everyone. Families can join a workshop with one of Singapore’s most celebrated jazz drummers and explore how rhythmic expression can bring a story to life, or go on a tour to learn the history behind a national monument. There are also free things to do including a storytelling performance where the audience will help to create the music, scavenger trails and drop-in activities.

Jurassic World: The Experience at Cloud Forest

Dino-fans and aspiring paleontologists look out! Life-sized animatronic and sculpted dinosaurs have found their home at Cloud Forest, Gardens by the Bay from 29 May. Highlights include the breathtaking majesty of a 8.5 metre-tall Brachiosaurus almost three metres high greeting visitors at the entrance.

Encounter a terrifying Tyrannosaurus Rex and come face to face with baby dinosaurs in the Petting Zoo area. Check out the tiny and elusive Composognathus or Compys hidden within the lush garden pathways. Plus go on the Evolution Walk where visitors can venture back to a time before the age of the dinosaurs to learn about ancient plant species that existed long before the emergence of flowering plants. Evolution Walk also features reconstructions of ancient plants that have become extinct in an eye-opening showcase of how plants have evolved.

From 29 May to 21 June, i Light Singapore 2025 will return to Marina Bay and South Beach, with new satellite sites at the Singapore River and Raffles Place. This year’s festival is themed To Gather featuring 17 immersive and interactive light art installations by 20 local and international artists. Visitors are encouraged to engage in conversations about building a more sustainable future together. The fan-favourite Festival Village GastroBeats will also make its return, offering a myriad of culinary and musical experiences.

Children’s Biennale 2025

Immerse in art with your little ones come 31 May at Children’s Biennale. There will be eight interactive installations placed around the Gallery guided by the theme “Tomorrow, We’ll Be…”. Young visitors will be encouraged to dream big , express their creativity and explore a hopefully and inclusive future shaped by Joy, Kindness, Love and Dreams. The eight installations include thoughtfully designed features that cater to children of all ages, and for the very first time – all installations are also baby-friendly!

Children’s Season 2025

Get curious at Children’s Season 2025. This year’s theme celebrates 60 years of nation and identity building in “Get Curious: Building Our Singapore”. National Museum Singapore will be holding a special exhibition, Once Upon A Tide featuring installations, drop-in craft activities, storytelling, in-gallery hunt activity and more. Children can learn about people who built Singapore and how we are shaping our Singapore identity.

Over at Children’s Museum Singapore, the festival theme is centered on Belonging. A Children’s Panel helped to shape the festival by selecting and co-creating the Signature Programmes with local artists, a series of four interactive performances at participating Museum Roudtable museums.

Civic District Children’s Season 2025

One can also go on Little Explorer’s Trail as part of Civic District Children’s Season 2025. Families can explore five iconic venues and unlock art, heritage, music, and stories through fun, hands-on activities for the whole family. Collect stamps at each stop to redeem an exclusive sticker pack.

Beloved Stitch from Disney’s Lilo & Stitch is crashing into Supertree Grove on 24 May. Look forward to Stitch-themed outdoor festival featuring large-scale installations, play areas and activities inspired by Stitch.

Get on the almost 7-metre tall slide, The Great Ohana Wave that challenges young adventurers to surf its exhilarating height. Navigate an inflatable forest at the Forest of Belonging to uncover hidden messages. Embark on a Space Adventure where kids can racr swing cars to power up light beams and complete the mission.

Have some beachside fun too through sand play! Entry is free and most activities are also free.

Flower Dome will welcome a Venetian summer this June. From 22 May, the Lilytopia floral display will open bringing along the serenity of the city and the warmth of Italian culture. More than 10,000 lilies of over 50 varieties add pretty splashes of colour and perfume the air with their sweet scents. Visitors will enjoy a floral interpretation of the famed waterways of Venice, flanked by picturesque Italian houses and shops. Glimpses of Italian life are nestled throughout the landscape; from intricate masks reminiscent of Carnevale di Venezia to Burano lace, from the quintessential kitchen of an Italian nonna to barrel-aged wines, and more. Towering over such charming scenes is St Mark’s Tower – a landmark of the iconic public square at the heart of Venice.

The Music of Studio Ghibli Concert

As part of Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum’s 10th anniversary celebrations this year, you’re invited to a thrilling after-hours mystery—Night at LKCNHM: A Museum Heist Investigation! Step into the shoes of a detective and uncover the mystery of stolen dinosaur and other prehistoric fossils. 

In collaboration with NUS Forensic Science and NUS Physics, participants will be engaged in an immersive Crime Scene Investigation (C.S.I.) activity—analysing clues, gathering evidence, and using forensic techniques to crack the case. In addition, participants will uncover fascinating insights into dinosaurs, fossils, and the exciting work of palaeontologists. It will be an unforgettable night of mystery, science and adventure, including an exclusive experience in the Museum’s inflatable planetarium.

From now till 24 July 2025, Jewel Changi Airport has turned into a real-life Rainbow Road with the Mario Kart Jewel Circuit Challenge. You can imagine that you are on the familiar race course from the Mario Kart 8 game series as you go on a stamp rally and explore the various Mario Kart-inspired installations.

The Mario Kart Jewel Circuit Challenge stars Mario, Luigi and the entire kart-racing crew set against the lush backdrop of the Forest Valley and the majestic Jewel Rain Vortex. Once you have collected all six stamps, make your way down to the Concierge counter at Level 1 where you can submit the completed card for sticker pack. The sticker packs come in a blind box concept with each pack containing a random mix of one character and three power-up items.

Fans can look forward to a total of four different characters and five power-ups in the entire collection.
