Monkey Goes West Streaming On YouTube

Monkey Goes West is fun and cheeky retelling of the beloved Chinese fantasy classic with a local twist. Join the cast as they embark on a journey from Haw Par Villa to Jurong West (how’s that for local flavour) and meet mythical monsters and naughty fairies along the way!

The production by Alfian Sa’at was originally staged as a holiday musical about half-a-decade ago. It was the winner of ‘Production of the Year’ at the 2015 Straits Times Life Theatre Awards.

Now, as we are all staying at home, we can enjoy a viewing of Money Goes West live on Wild Rice Production’s Youtube Channel from 8 to 15 May 2020.
