This archaeological pit shows how archaeologists and historians are able to excavate and unearth things from the past as they dig through layers of ground.With Fort Canning Hill having been inhabited for centuries, artefacts dating back as far as the 14th century have been found on at site. View some of the artefacts, including pottery and Chinese coins.The Archaeological Dig is located behind the Registry of Marriages, up the hill, past the Spice Garden.
