An Artists Run programme of the Singapore Biennale, SB2019 artists Post-Museum will set up a temporary market in Gillman Barracks based on the concept of giving and building a community through sharing resources. Anyone can participate by sharing their items such as books, toys and food or skills such as hair cutting, singing and poetry writing with others who need them.
