The Singapore Kindness Run 2019 returns on 3 August 2019 for it’s 3rd edition. The run was initiated by Runners’ Heart-Reach, a Ground Up Movement supported by the Singapore Kindness Movement.
This year, the run will be held at the National Stadium as part of GetActive! Singapore (GASG). GASG takes place in the week leading up to National Day and aims to foster a stronger Singapore spirit and promote active lifestyles through sport.
There are 3 Run categories, – namely the 10km Ambassador Run, 3.5km Fun Run and also the all-time favourite 800m Kids’ Dash. All participants for the 10km Ambassador Run will be given a finisher Ambassador Tee and be empowered to spread the message of gracious running in Singapore. Upon completing the race, all participants in the 3 categories will receive a specially designed medal in the shape of SINGA, THE LION, that also doubles up as a keychain. We hope that wearing the medal or using it on a daily basis will remind our runners of their commitment to kindness.
