As part of the Singapore Cable Car’s 45th Anniversary’s calendar of activities, One Faber Group introduces Satay Night Live to entice guests to re(visit) and re(discover) Mount Faber. Satay Night Live is the perfect way to introduce Mount Faber to family, friends, and loved ones over sticks of satay, beer towers, live performances and cable car rides.
Satay Night Fever
Relive your childhood with a variety of satay, traditional peanut sauces and ketupat served under the stars. We’ll be serving up classic favourites like the original Chicken, Mutton and Beef satay, as well as Mushroom satay for our vegetarian guests (5pc – $6).
Up for something more sophisticated? Indulge in a premium selection of flavours featuring Chicken Rendang, Southeast Asian-spiced Chicken, Sichuan-spiced Mutton, BBQ Beef, Arabian-spiced Beef and Grilled Vegetable satay (5pc – $7).
Hawker Highlights
Besides the array of satay, you’ll get to feast on local favourites with a twist, such as the flavourful Lobster Hokkien Mee served with Sambal Belachan and lime, and Honey BBQ Chicken Wings accompanied by garlic chilli and lime.

Seafood lovers are also spoilt for choice. Choose from a selection of cold display of seafood, featuring Marinated Fresh Squid with Garlic, Sambal Stingray, Seabass Fillet in foil with Asian Spices and Grilled Prawns. More exotic flavours include the Peruvian Scallop with Mentaiko, and the Lobster Cheese Gratin.
Drink Your Fill
Leave your cars at home, take the cable car up to Faber Deck and share a 3-litre beer tower with your kakis while reminiscing about the good old days. Choose between two types of beer on tap – Tiger Beer (3L Tower – $78, 12oz Cup – $10) to complete the Singaporean hawker experience, or Erdinger (3L Tower – $88, 12oz Cup – $12) to balance the flavour profiles of Singaporean street food.
Non-drinkers will also find comfort in the familiar flavours of Sugarcane Juice (3L Tower – $21, 1L Bottle – $8, 12oz Cup – $4), Fresh Coconut ($5.50) and other Juices and Smoothies (12oz Cup – $4).
Get Groovin’
A party is not complete without music, fun and games! Let Jenny Vie from Uber Jam serenade you with tunes of yester-year while you savour the flavours of the good old days under a blanket of stars. Channel 5’s One Moment of Glory winner – Jill-Marie Thomas, will also be taking song requests, so fans of the 80s and other oldie-but-goldie favourites, get ready to journey back in time with us at Satay Night Live!
Fun and Games for the Family
Truly family-friendly, Satay Night LIVE at Mount Faber is a party for all ages! Let your little ones run free and dive into the bouncy ball pool located at the Faber Deck’s indoor area. To celebrate the Singapore Cable Car’s 45th anniversary, emcee Alfred George Pillay will also be testing guests on their knowledge of the iconic attraction through a series of interactive games, with a variety of prizes to be won. Expect to have a ballin’ good time with your family and enjoy yourself a night of throwbacks and nostalgia!
