Pasir Ris Beach Arts Festival 2019 is co-organized by Pasir Ris East , Pasir Ris West and Punggol North Community Arts and Culture Clubs. This festival is part of People’s Association PAssionArts Festival.
The festival features artworks co-created by Singaporean artists and residents of Pasir Ris East , Pasir Ris West and Punggol North constituencies, and served as a platform to showcase and celebrate art vibrancy in Singapore.
