Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with NParks at the third instalment of NParks’ Rockestra concert, held at Choa Chu Kang Park’s Event Lawn.
Enjoy a night of mooncakes and Chinese tea while listening to xinyao songs from well-known local dramas, golden oldies, Cantopop and Mandopop hits from the likes of Hong Kong’s Four Heavenly Kings, Beyond, Mayday, S.H.E. and Jay Chou.
Performing artists include Hao Hao, Roy Loi, Tay Kewei, Alfred Sim, Jason Zhen Yong Hen, Tallin Ang (a.k.a Singapore’s Teresa Teng) The JumpStart, as well as winners of the National Schools Xinyao Singing and Song Writing Competition 2016. The concert will be hosted by radio personality, Chua Lee Lian.
Fringe activities to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival will start at 5 pm while the concert starts at 6 pm.
