Some children are unable to remain with their parents for a variety of reasons, such as abuse, neglect or abandonment. As a result, these children are in critical need of safe, stable and loving foster homes.
The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) administers the Fostering Scheme, which helps these children find foster families to meet their daily needs and shower them with love, care and nurturance.
