Matthew Bourne’s dazzling dance production, Sleeping Beauty is a gothic tale for all ages; the traditional tale of good vs. evil and rebirth is turned upside-down, creating a supernatural love story that even the passage of time itself cannot hinder.
This lavish revival of Sleeping Beauty features sumptuous sets and costumes by Lez Brotherston and evocative lighting by Paule Constable that will transport you through time, from the halcyon days of the late Edwardian era to the modern day. In a world full of magic, fairies, vampires, love and romance, all brought to life by the uniquely talented dancers, will Princess Aurora ever find her true love again?
