With National Day around the corner, six historical and culturally significant landmarks around the Bras Basah.Bugis Precinct will be lit up in red and white in celebration of Singapore’s birthday.
This is the third year that landmarks around Bras Basah.Bugis Precinct will sport red and white colours in the evening for National Day.
Bras Basah.Bugis Landmarks Light Up for National Day 2022
This year, the landmarks taking part in the light up are
- National Museum of Singapore
- Cathedral of the Good Shepherd
- Central Fire Station
- The Cathay
- National Design Centre
- Stamford Arts Centre
Four of these buildings are National Monuments.

The light up will take place from 1 to 27 August 2022, from 7.30 pm to 12 am daily. The light up at National Museum of Singapore is currently ongoing and will run till 10 August 2022, the day after National Day.
