
The Japan Summer Festival 2019, held in conjunction with Sports Hub Community Play Day returns to the National Stadium, with bigger and better line-up of fun, food and activities. This is the second edition of the Japan Summer Festival and the largest Natsu Matsuri event in Singapore. It will be held on 7 and 8 September 2019.
Visitors can get to experience Japan at this immersive cultural exchange event. There are over 100 authentic Japanese stalls, a Pokemon Carnival, Pikachu Dance Parade, all-day stage performances, traditional Bon-Odori dance, Yukata try-out and many other activities.

Highlights of the Japan Summer Festival 2019 – Natsu Matsuri
Bon-Odori
Join in the time-honoured Japanese dance at the National Stadium. Put on the Yukata – the traditional Japanese dress – and dance along for a memorable experience.

Japanese F&B and Merchandise Stalls
There will be over 100 Japanese food and merchandise stalls setup at the Japan Summer Festival 2019 at Singapore Sports Hub. Visitors can look forward to dishes like Wagyu Rice Burgers and Okonomiyaki.

Pokemon Carnival & Dance Parade
Pokémon fans can take part in six carnival games at the National Stadium and catch a Pikachu parade around the stadium grounds which will be held at 5pm!

Yukata Rentals and Try-outs

Dress up in a Yukata, the casual form of the Kimono. A rental service will be setup at the Japanese Summer Festival 2019 at Singapore Sports Hub.

Tickets to Japan Summer Festival 2019
Online ticket sales end on 6 September 2019, 2359hrs.
Ticket will be available at $8 outside National Stadium Gate 6 during the event days (7 and 8 September). Admission is complimentary for children below 1.2M in height.
