
Visitors to the IOHs can look forward to an array of festive performances by local performance groups and school bands. More details will be announced nearer the date of each Open House.
Exhibition and Tours
Nature lovers can sign up for the Nature Guided Walk (conducted by NParks) to admire the Istana’s rich flora, fauna and biodiversity. Visitors can also participate in a guided tour of the Istana main building to view selected function rooms and collections of State Gifts presented to the Singapore’s Presidents and Prime Ministers over the years.
Visitors to the IOHs can also learn about Singapore’s history and heritage at the Istana Heritage Gallery, situated at Istana Park (opposite the main gate of the Istana along Orchard Road). The Istana Heritage Gallery will be open from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
To learn more about the rich history and heritage of the Istana, visitors can view the 360-degree virtual tours of the building and grounds of Istana on the Istana website (https://www.istana.gov.sg/360-tour).

NINJA CHALLENGE: Bring your A-game for a Day of Sporty Fun at this Mall
A series of memorabilia, designed by the beneficiaries of various Social Service Agencies, will be available to visitors who make a donation to the President’s Challenge at the Open House. All proceeds will be donated to the charities supported by the President’s Challenge.
Admission Details
Entry to the Istana grounds is free for Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents. All others visitors are required to pay an entrance fee of $2 per person. Entry to the Istana grounds is via the main gate at Orchard Road. The nearest MRT station is Dhoby Ghaut.
