Encircling the National Stadium at The Kallang is the Great Eastern Promenade. Previously known as the 100PLUS Promenade, the running track now sports the company’s red and blue colours in its running lanes and will also see the introduction of accessible programmes over the coming year.
Great Eastern Promenade: 24-hour, Sheltered Running Track

The Great Eastern Promenade was officially renamed on 22 March 2026. The Great Eastern Promenade is the largest, completely sheltered running track in Singapore.
It is free for all to use, and with its location under the shelter of the National Stadium roof, it is suitable for those who wish to exercise in all weather conditions, rain or shine.

The length of the Great Eastern Promenade is 888 metres and the colours of the three lanes mirror those of the company.

Programmes to Encourage Active Living at the Great Eastern Promenade
The Great Eastern Promenade will anchor a year-long line-up of accessible programmes designed to encourage more active living for all.
Building on its longstanding partnership with The Kallang Group, Great Eastern aims to bring new energy and activity to the space through thoughtfully curated experiences.
Through The Great Explorer Programme, Great Eastern policyholders with children aged 12 and below can sign up for beginner-friendly, guided sports sessions held at the promenade from April onwards.
These include Junior Pickleball Discovery Sessions where children can learn the basics of pickleball through fun, beginner-friendly sessions designed for young explorers, and Junior Cycling Clinics that help young riders build confidence, balance and road awareness in a safe environment.
Those who are 18 years old and above can join the Great Eastern x Running Department community runs.
In addition, Great Eastern will launch a dedicated programme to financial literacy at The Kallang as part of its broader efforts to nurture a financially resilient generation.
Called the Great FinChamp Challenge, it will be housed in a new Great Eastern installation space located near National Stadium Gate 14 and will showcase a financial literacy game that helps students explore key financial concepts like saving, budgeting, insurance, and smart spending.
Connector
As a public facility, the Great Eastern Promenade is shared by everyone and those who are using it are urged to be considerate to one another.
As a sheltered thoroughfare, the Great Eastern Promenade also serves as a connector between the The Kallang’s venues and facilities such as Kallang Wave Mall and the OCBC Arena. It is also a connector along external routes such as the Stadium Riverside Park Loop.
To reach the Great Eastern running track, beside parking at The Kallang, there is also the Stadium MRT nearby. The Great Eastern Promenade can be found on Level 3 of the National Stadium.
