Free Entry to Jurong Bird Park in Honour of Wildlife Reserves Singapore Conservation Fund
2019 is the year that the Wildlife Reserves Singapore Conservation Fund marks a decade of action protecting local wildlife and their habitats.
In commemoration of this milestone, Jurong Bird Park is offering free entry to local residents during the September school holidays 2019 so everyone can learn more about avian conservation together.
Southeast Asia is one of the most biodiverse regions in the world, and Jurong Bird Park—Asia’s largest bird paradise—has 400 avian species, 20 percent of which are threatened. Jurong Bird Park is also home to the world’s largest collection of Southeast Asian hornbills, as well as threatened and native songbirds such as the Strawheaded bulbul, White-rumped shama, and Greater green leafbirds.

Fly Free – Jurong Bird Park Free Entry For 10 Days In September 2019
During the Fly Free event, Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Employment Pass holders can gain free entry to Jurong Bird Park. However, there will be eight ares within the park which will require admission fees of either $2 or $4.
The areas which an admission fee of $2 per area needs to be paid are Indoor Penguin Coast, Wings of Asia, Lory Loft, Waterfall Aviary and Parrot Paradise.
The area where an admission fee of $4 per area applies are the High Flyers Show, Kings of the Skies Show and Birdz of Play children’s playground.
Coupons for entry to these gated areas can be purchase in sets of $10 onsite. They can be used at the gated areas, selected restaurants and gift shops within Jurong Bird Park. Terms and conditions apply.
Non-gated areas which visitors can enjoy include the Bird Discovery Centre, Birds of Prey, Breeding & Research Centre, Royal Ramble and Window on Paradise, amongst others.

Activities planned during the Jurong Bird Park Free Entry period include Meet our Baby Kings, an keepers talk which introduces the park’s new penguins, and Waterfall Feeding Frenzy, where visitors can feed the birds.
