The idea of the Enchanting Evening series was mooted in 2003 by two friends, pianist Christina Sia & violinist Toh Meng Wan. The objective was to feature interesting piano ensemble works, such as those for two pianos, and chamber compositions for strings & piano.

After 5 successful concerts held between 2004 – 2016, Enchanting Evening returns this year with an interesting programme for its sixth concert. The performers are a group of dedicated and professionally trained musicians: Ken Lim, a seasoned performer with Master Degree in piano performance; Christina Sia, pianist & trained vocalist; concert pianists, Karina Lauren’s & Foo Shiaw Yien; jazz pianist, Jeremy Joel Fernandez; and Toh Meng Wan, a holder of LRSM & FTCL in violin performance & conductor of award winning Nanyang Pri String Ensemble. The highlight of the programme is the Violin & Piano Sonata, No. 3, Op. 108, by Brahms. The piano ensemble will showcase some popular pieces, such as Shut Up & Dance by Nathan Schaumann (one piano, four hands) and Piano Concerto in G Major by Matthew Edwards (Two piano, four hands).

Ticket Price: $25
