Easter Teas and Easter Brunches in Singapore 2018

Anti:dote Lounge, Fairmont Singapore

Antidote Easter Afternoon TeaIndulge in an Easter-themed afternoon tea at Anti:dote Lounge, Fairmont Singapore from 23 March to 1 April 2018. Crafted by an award-winning team of chefs, the afternoon tea selection includes elegant sweet treats and delightful savoury sandwiches.

Creatively served on a leather-clad jewellery chest, the afternoon tea set includes petite delights such as Yuzu Cheese Carrot Cake, Mandarin Orange Madeleine Sponge and Cinnamon Filo with Muscovado Chocolate Ganache. These are paired with a selection of gourmet finger sandwiches such as Confit Duck Rilette, Homemade Chicken Sausage and Foie Gras Brioche Bun, as well as Pumpkin Mousse and Quail Egg Pocket Pie.

Anti:dote’s Easter afternoon tea includes freshly baked walnut hot cross buns, served with homemade raspberry jam, Devonshire clotted cream and lemon curd. Enjoy a free flow of fine teas from TWG, from full-bodied to light and delicate flavours.

Young ones have their own Children’s Easter Afternoon Tea sets with favourites such as Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Grilled Ham and Cheese Fingers and Egg Mayonnaise Sandwiches. The Children’s Easter Afternoon Tea sets come with freshly baked raisin scones served with homemade strawberry jam, honey, Devonshire clotted cream, along with other petite desserts and a choice of hot chocolate or milk.

Crown Plaza Changi Airport

The Easter Sunday Brunch 2018 at Azur, Crown Plaza Changi Airport features Deviled Eggs, Three Cheese Baked Pasta, Whole Baked Salmon and more. At the dessert bar is a selection of sweets such as Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, Cake Pops and Carrot Cake. Bread Street Kitchen

From 30 March to 1 April, Bread Street Kitchen will offer a special three-course Easter menu featuring whole roasted lamb rack with mashed potato, peas, baby carrots and mustard just at $59++. On 31 March and 1 April, there will also be a kids’ corner with Easter Egg decorating activities and a themed photo booth.

Porto Easter Day BrunchHave a hearty brunch at PORTA’s Funny Bunny Easter Brunch. Indulge in a free-flowing gourmet Oyster Bar and unlimited servings of salads, appetisers, sides and desserts along with a choice of mains from the brunch menu.
