Wondering what is “hop-pening” for Easter 2017 in Singapore? This year, Easter falls on Sunday, 16 April. With a public holiday on Friday, 14 April, it is one of the seven long weekends of 2017. With the long break looming, we picked up our wicker basket and went in search of Easter egg hunts, Sunday brunches and chocolate treats taking place for Easter 2017 in Singapore.

The dim sum trolleys roll out at The Clifford Pier’s Easter-edition weekend brunch. In addition to the must-have dim sum fare, “live” stations bring back the Pier’s hawker history with signature local delights such as Indian Mamak Rojak, Mini Crispy Man Tou and rolled-to-order Popiah. Desserts include sweet rainbow Agar Agar, assorted Nyona Kuehs and festive Easter chocolates. Children can take part in an Easter egg hunt at 1.30 p.m at The Floating Ponds.
