Changi Airport has some plenty of fun spots. For locals with kids visiting the airport, there are various play areas in the public areas where they can take their kids to.
For those who are traveling, there are playgrounds in the transit areas too. Changi Airport Terminal 2’s transit area has the 2 Bears Hideout, while Terminal 1 has a giant bird playground.

Passengers making their way through Changi Airport Terminal 3 with kids can head to the Fidget Spinner-inspired playground, which is probably the oldest amongst the playgrounds in the three transit area, but still plenty of fun.

When you see the playground, you will be able to tell how the fidget spinner has inspired the design of the play space.
Smooth curves interlaced on top of one another give the Changi Airport Terminal 3 transit area playground a distinct and futuristic look.
It looks like a sculpture that is disguised as a playground!
Kids will no doubt want to get inside and explore it. It is a great way for kids to stretch before boarding a flight or while in between flights.
The vertical playground encourages kids to explore upwards, climbing around and looking for hidden corners. There are windows for kids to peek out of from the playground.
There are also bridges that help to connect between sections of the playground and these also serve as spots where kids can wave out to their parents below!
There is also a slide that leads down back to the ground from the second level of the Fidget Spinner playground.
For those who just wish to chill out for a while, cosy pod areas that are built into the playground’s structure serve as nooks for them to hang out in.
Finding the Changi Airport Terminal 3 Passenger Area Playground
The Changi Airport Terminal 3 passenger area playground can be found just beyond the Immigration gates.
Upon entering in the Immigration gates, keep going straight, past the shops and you will arrive at the large floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the tarmac where the planes are parked. Then head to the right along the windows and you will find the vertical children’s playground structure.
The Changi Airport Terminal 3 Passenger Area Fidget Spinner Playground is free. It is intended for children between the ages of 6 to 12 years old.
