CHAGEE Suntec City is the brand’s first family-friendly concept store at Suntec City, welcoming families to a more relaxed, child-friendly tea experience designed for parents and little ones alike.
CHAGEE Suntec City: Kid-Friendly Store
Located at the Suntec City Atrium (Convention Centre), next to H&M, the new Suntec City store introduces a refreshed store format tailored for families.
Amongst the family-friendly features at the CHAGEE Suntec City store include child-friendly furniture, thoughtfully designed seating and play areas.
At the heart of the space at CHAGEE Suntec City is a tiered seating play area for children, with multi-level booths that encourage movement, play and imagination.
Designed with soft-touch materials and rounded edges, the area allows kids to explore comfortably while parents relax close by.
Kids can also play pretend at a low counter fitted with taps and with mini tea sets.
There is also a digital screen offering simple motion games is also available in-store for kids to interact with.
What’s more, free milk for children is also be available as part of the family-friendly experience.
Grand Opening Specials
The CHAGEE Suntec City store has Grand Opening Celebrations taking place from Friday to Sunday 9 to 11 January 2026.
As part of the grand opening celebrations, families visiting the store over the three days can enjoy a series of family-friendly activities, including: –
- CHAGEE’s Signature Tear & Win activity, featuring high-value family-friendly prizes, including educational toys, digital reading devices and kid-friendly audio accessories
- Ice cream giveaways, available with a minimum spend of $20, while stocks last
- A cup-stacking challenge, where participants can win a free drink voucher by completing the challenge within a set time
- Balloon giveaways for young visitors
