In so doing, their conversations with their Teens and Tweens become occasions for meaningful inputs and interactions. Listening for what truly matters will open the way for better understanding of their “world”.

Dr Andrew Goh is editor of Impact magazine, a pulpit teacher and platform speaker. He is a certified Coach and Coach-trainer. He shares from his decades of experience as a communicator and management consultant.
TOPIC: “Transforming Conflict Into Opportunity”
The list of potential and real conflicts is long. Each conflict is an expression of an underlying need. With practical wisdom and Spirit-guided insights, parents can turn these into opportunities to reach out and accompany their teens (and tweens) in their journey of life.
Speaker/Facilitator:
Mr Wee Boon Choon trains, consults, and speaks in areas relating to Parents-Teen Conflict, Service Soft Skills, Effective Team Building and Communication. Active in the “Fathering” initiatives locally, he holds a Master of Social Science degree in Professional Counselling and practices Transactional Analysis, Constructive Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
