Created by Dalija Acin Thelander, Baby Space offers an exceptional artistic and social experience to babies 0 – 12 months old and their care-givers. Interlacing contemporary dance, music and visual arts within an immersive, installation based environment, Baby Space invites its audience to a sensorially saturated experience and proposes an exceptional encounter with art.
Diverse artistic practices are fused into the spirited interplay, generating a unique and intriguing substance of the installation and performance. The environment of Baby Space insists on immediacy of personal experience, phenomenological approach to perception and aesthetic uniqueness, making the experience artistically valuable for both babies and adults. Its landscape, rich in stimuli, triggers the curiosity of the youngest ones and encourages interaction and exploration.
Each show can only accommodate 12 babies.
