Its the time of the year again to soak in the festive vibe and have a reason to gift and give. Conveniently located at Bayfront Event Space along the Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade, just beside The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), Togetherland, presented by World Christmas Market, sparkles invitingly.
Running from 11 December to 4 January, the festival ground is spacious, expansive, and welcomes visitors of all ages, as well as their furry pet friends to join in the joyful celebration of Christmas.
Togetherland: All-round Family Fun at Experiential Zones
Set against the majestic backdrop of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) skyline and MBS hotel, Togetherland’s sparkling festive arches welcomed us with larger-than-life glittering reindeer sculptures and an eight-metre tall Christmas tree taking centrestage – time for festive family photo moments!
There are about four types of experiential zones for families and their furry pet friends to enjoy:
- Festive Decor & Photo Zones at Rudolph’s Festive Welcome, Candy Cane Lane, Photo booths
- Retail Zone at Comet’s Global Market, Prancer’s Star Bazaar, Blitzen’s Fur Friends Party
- Entertainment & Food Zone at Dancer’s Magical Stage, Food Trucks, Dasher’s Festive Feast, Cupid’s Cheer Garden, Grab’s Dine out area
- Games & Activities Zone at Viven’s Christmas Carnival
Retail & Pet Paw Friendly Zone: Local and Artisanal Retail for Meaningful Gifting
Prancer’s Star Bazaar, Comet’s Global Market – We enjoyed browsing and experiencing the thoughtful curation of local brands such as Whimsical, Everything good, Wostok, and local art community brands such as The Art Faculty, ART:DIS.
The merchandise featured were tastefully designed and unique. The girls couldn’t get enough of Whimsical Fantasies which carried all things unicorn, and got their very own rainbow unicorn balloon pet to leash along the festive grounds.
There’s also a dedicated row of stores for furry pet owners to indulge their little paws. We were intrigued by the DIY pet charm station from Awoofi Co; and gourmet pet food like duck with shark cartilage, mao shang wang durian pork from Pawfurry. Time to build your pet gifting list!
Entertainment & Food Zone: Dine & Watch a Spectacular Musical “The Brightest Christmas Star”
Food Trucks, Dasher’s Festive Feast – As dusk fall, we were getting hungry. With more than 40 F&B concepts brought in by Grab, we were spoilt for choice.
Toddler friendly options include Tatos Food Truck with options like Tater tots, Tato all day breakfast with a jacket potato base, to CCook Food Kiosk with all-time favourite options like cabonara pasta, fries. Go for the food trucks first as waiting time can be pretty long. Prices range reasonably from $5 onwards.
Dancer’s Magical Stage
At 7.45 pm, the kids were mesmerised and fully entertained by The Brightest Christmas Star Musical that oozed “The Greatest Showman” vibe.
It was the best time for us to rest, relax and dine for about a good hour as we were entertained with beautiful contemporary pop tunes and theatrical story-telling to rekindle the love and hope of Christmas.
Seat closer to the coloured cubes near the food kiosks as the audio sound system can be pretty loud at front.
Games & Activities Zone: Relive Childhood Rides and Games
Viven’s Christmas Carnival
After happy bellies were filled, we moved on to the carnival grounds and the kids loved the train rides, flying dumbo rides, mini ferris wheel and their all-time favorite bouncing castle. There are also traditional games like toss a ring and archery.
We spent about three hours on the festive grounds dining, playing and taking candid photo moments. Come around 6 pm if you wish to catch the beautiful sunset. A small portable fan is advisable.

There are portable toilets within the compound and the nearest indoor toilet would be within Marina Bay Sands Mall located at Ralph Lauren Cafe.
