Tech comes alive at this year’s Tech Saturday (Upsized!)- a weekend filled with exciting tech activities. The much-awaited annual event hosted by IMDA will be buzzing with new innovations, gadgets and cool tech for you to experience!
Join us to explore the latest tech and witness what it’s like to live in a digital age. Whether you are young or young-at-heart, be sure to check out the technology showcases and try out the interactive experiences to see how they positively impact the way you work, live, learn, play, invent and be inspired by prototypes from students!
There are six exciting zones to explore!
1: Live Zone
Come and find out about the latest advancements in consumer technology and how it is changing the way we live.

From specially patented sleep mats that measure new-borns’ breath count to brainwave technologies and even a smart beauty mirror, the Live zone will not disappoint regardless if you’re a diehard tech fanatic or consumer!
2: Work Zone
From service robots, immersive technologies for training and simulation to video analytics – visitors can try the latest technologies transforming the workplace.
3: Learn Zone
Learn about immersive media technologies, understand Artificial Intelligence and see how tech is shaping and changing the way we learn. Featuring an exciting line-up of talks, come check out the new Tech talk segment!
4: Play Zone
Play with the latest tech gadgets in this interactive playground! Visitors can look forward to a plethora of fun and excitement from carnival games powered by micro-controllers, drones obstacle racing, battling it out as a Jedi, pitting their skills in coding competitions, playing Made in Singapore games to spray-painting a Digital Graffiti Wall.
5: Inspire Zone
Be inspired by prototypes created by Singapore students and see the convergence of technology and ideas become a reality! Speak to the student creators behind the prototypes and give it a try!
6: Invent Zone
Making a mood lamp, building a drone, creating your own computer game, coding and controlling a robot… This is just the tip of the iceberg on what you can learn at this year’s event!
With more than 50 tech and media workshops catering to all ages from preschools to the Silver Generation, there is definitely something for everyone!
