Tengah never ceases to amaze us with its variety of playgrounds and the Parc Glen @ Tengah playgrounds are a case in point. The new neighbourhood at the northern end of Tengah has a huge sand-based playground with an obstacle course and other kids play spots all around.
Parc Glen @ Tengah Playground: Sand Obstacle Course

The most striking Parc Glen @ Tengah playground can be found next to Block 316B, along the open green corridor.
Amidst the landscaped garden, there is a large playground that spans across two sand pits.

At one end, there is a low rope obstacle course with various challenges for kids. They can climb through rope tunnels, or traverse across single ropes, wooden steps and cargo nets to make their way around the fun play course.
Also, dominating this first section of the course is a play tower that kids can climb up. From the top, there is a slide that they can use to get back to the sand pit of this Parc Glen @ Tengah playground or they can use the suspended rope bridge that will take them to the other side of the playground.
The second part of the sand playground also features a tall tower. It is in a separate sand pit from the first part of the playground where the obstacles can be found.
Kids using the elevated bridge to cross between the two towers will find themselves crawling over a mini ravine! What an adventure!
Alternatively, the second tower can also be reached by a narrow, spiralling net. There is a enclosed slide at this second tower too!
The sand-based Parc Glen @ Tengah Playground is fun for kids. And they can of course take their sand toys along to scoop and dig away in the sand.
We even spotted a dedicated round sand pit too.
Woodland Playground
Another play area long the common green, a short distance away from the obstacle course playground in the direction of Parc Clover @ Tengah, is a woodland themed playground. This is also a sand-based playground but with the play equipment here would be more suitable for younger children.
There are swings for toddlers and a little play hut.
Or kids can also make their way across the course laid out by the playground with stepping stones and a series of low platforms for them to explore.
Take a closer look at the playground and you may be able to spot woodland animals peeking out from the playground structures too!
This woodland themed sand playground can be found in front of Block 319B.
Ant Nest Playground
Would you believe that there are more playgrounds to explore at Parc Glen @ Tengah?
Make your way to the area between Block 318B and Block 317B and you will find yet another Parc Glen @ Tengah playground.
A play tower with slides and climbing vines await. This playground looks like it has been inspired by an ant’s nest and the passageways that the insects construct underground.
This is also the spot where kids can hop onto a swing and swing away.
Grotto Playground
For younger kids, head to the “grotto” nearby. Located under the multi-storey car park, the playground here consists of several play mounds that younger kids can scale and climb.
This grotto playground has the added advantage of being fully sheltered – kids can enjoy play whatever the weather is outdoors!
Rooftop Trampolines
Believe it or not, there is still one more play space at Parc Glen @ Tengah.
Take the lift at the multi-storey car park up to the roof top and you will find the 175-metre-long rooftop garden and running track.
At the two ends of the rooftop garden, there are trampolines where kids can bounce up and down to the heart’s delight!
Parc Glen @ Tengah Playground
Parc Glen @ Tengah has plenty of different play spaces for kids of various ages.
The common green area is also a great space for families and kids to take a stroll or to ride their bikes. Head down to check out this spot.
