For the first time ever, Sentosa Sensoryscape is welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse with an enchanting showcase — “Gallop into Spring”. This special celebration reimagines Chinese New Year traditions through the lens of timeless Disney charm, as beloved icons Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse join King Mu’s celestial horses in a dazzling blend of legend, light, and artistry.
Gallop into Spring at Sentosa
Running from 30 January to 3 March 2026, this free event transforms Sentosa Sensoryscape into a festive wonderland.
Families can stroll through dazzling displays, take whimsical photos, and experience the season’s joy through sight, sound, scent, and touch.
The Protector at Tactile Trellies
At the heart of the celebration stands Yanyang (炎阳) — the majestic, eight-metre Celestial Guardian of King Mu’s steeds – and equally towering 2.5-metre statues of Mickey and Minnie. Yanyang radiates warmth and optimism, inviting everyone to step boldly into the new year.
Surrounded by vibrant Celosia blooms, symbolising boldness and lasting love, this zone encourages guests to explore tactile installations inspired by the strength and spirit of the Fire Horse. Place your hand on the trellises and feel the textured patterns that tell stories of resilience and renewal — each touch a wish for courage, joy, and an unshaken heart.
Blessings at Lookout Loop
At Lookout Loop, the blessings of the Eight Celestial Horses come to life, each horse
representing a unique wish such as vitality, harmony, or renewal.
Created by local sand artist JooHeng Tan, this thoughtful installation invites visitors to uncover their zodiac reflections on Mickey-shaped illuminated boards.
Families can scan interactive QR codes to receive personalized insights and even download a Disney zodiac-themed phone wallpaper as a keepsake — a fun and meaningful way to take home a sprinkle of magic.
Flow of Fortune at Symphony Streams
The sculpted natural motifs form a large, radiant peacock crowned with the signature twelve-sided lantern in glowing jewel tones.
By day, it shimmers with craftsmanship; by night, it glows like a radiant gem reflected in the water, enhanced by layered projection. You can also spy Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Donald, who appear around Symphony Streams with lanterns in hand, sharing cheer under the starlit sky.
Each zone of Gallop into Spring invites families to discover blessings, beauty, and the timeless wonder of Disney — creating a journey that celebrates both imagination and heritage.
